Rien Paulus reappointed as board member on behalf of pension beneficiaries

Rien Paulus has been reappointed as a board member at TNO Pension Fund. Together with Nadia Harize, Rien Paulus represents the interests of pension beneficiaries.

The board has four seats for employer representatives, four for employees, and two for pension beneficiaries. All board members are appointed for a term of four years. Rien Paulus’s previous term of office ended in May, so in the spring new board candidates to represent pension beneficiaries were invited to apply. Since Rien Paulus announced he would stand for re-election for a new term and

no other candidates came forward, Rien Paulus’s reappointment as a board member was proposed to De Nederlandsche Bank, which approved it. The board is pleased with this reappointment. Together with the other board members, he bears ultimate responsibility for the policy and implementation of TNO Pension Fund’s pension scheme.
