We aim to be transparent regarding where we invest our money and how our voting policy is arranged. This transparency is part of our Socially Responsible Investment Policy. We have outlined the data on the fourth quarter of 2023.

You can find the Stewardship policy for the fourth quarter of 2023 under ‘ESG’ on the Documents page. This document explains how we handle the voting policy that TNO Pension Fund uses with respect to Dutch shares. This document also covers the voting policy and the guidelines for asset managers of the equity investment funds in which we participate.

The second document we added to the website is part of this and includes a list of investment funds and corporate bonds in which we invested in the fourth quarter of 2023. This enables you to see:

• the countries in which we have state bonds that are registered in the name of TNO Pension Fund
• the investment funds in which we invest
• the bonds that are registered in the name of TNO Pension Fund.
